We searched for days with no luck and then went into Finesse Outlet! Leah was amazing giving us the balance of space we needed, product knowledge and eager customer service. She saved us thousands from making a bad decision on another furniture pieces that we were looking at and tried to help us with different products! The delivery guys checked the items before delivering it and was professionally assembled!! Thank you everyone! We love it!

Dave and the staff at the London location are definitely 5 star. We are a non profit that house formerly homeless Veterans. They treat us fairly and most of all are always honest about availability, pricing and all aspects of our purchases. I highly, highly recommend Crispin and Urban Theory Design! She made renovating an easier process from start to finish. She listened to my needs and wants and used her beautiful vision and creativity to design each of my projects. I was less stressed knowing that she would find reliable and meticulous contractors who would carry out the renovations. Her product choices and suggestions were always of quality and chosen with my budget and my wish list in mind. I really appreciated that she was available throughout the process to reassure me, to answer my questions, and to make sure everything was completed according to the designs. After having Crispin design and complete more than one renovation and better than I ever envisioned, I know that this is what I can expect when working with Urban Theory Design!

After being let down by a bigger furniture store in town, we went to surplus & they did not let us down. No hassle, stock on hand, very pleasant staff. Nick & Paul were absolutely the best to deal with, even when the transaction was so quick!! Surplus has furnished plenty of rooms in my house. This definitely will not be the last. Thank you for being so helpful.

They have a decent collection. Visited them last weekend. Associates were helpful and welcoming. Did not purchase anything so can't comment on their customer service.

I bought a car starter here 10 years ago and I was reminded today why I have never gone back. Our remote doesn't work.The guy at the front desk ( also the guy we dealt with when we bought the starter) is very lacking in his customer service skills. Thank you for nothing and love the eye rolls .I will never go back there or recommend your business to anyone. In response to your reply, it hasn't worked perfect for 10 years but had you let me talk instead of talking over me you would know that. You run your business however you like sir but you lost a customer and any recommendations.

What great service! They had what is been looking for all day! The service was interested in helping but let us look without pressure!Definitely when we were thinking of leaving without anything they pulled out all the deals! They sold us!Will definitely return for more deals in the future!

We bought a new sofa from here and couldn’t have been more happy from beginning to end. Kevin is the most genuinely kind person who was super helpful with a few of our wants/needs. He went above and beyond with communication and providing service without being overbearing or pushy at all. The sofa is built like a tank and we were able to get a custom height for it which was amazing. Their recommended fabric is so soft it’s like rubbing up on a cloud! I’d love to dress in this fabric! We will be recommending Kendall and Co to all our family and friends and they will be our go to for our further needs.

We worked with Jackie to design and select fabric for two sofas. Throughout the process, she was very professional, and responsive to all of our questions. Jackie provided valuable input into the design of our final product and we could not be more pleased with the results. Jackie went the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The sofas are beautiful!!
